In loving memory of a cherished mother, who bravely battled cancer and sadly passed away in 2023, I am reaching out to ask for your support in raising funds for The Institute of Cancer Research.

The journey was filled with moments of hope and despair, laughter and tears. We witnessed firsthand the toll cancer takes not only on the individual but on the entire family. It’s something that no one should have to endure, yet far too many families face this challenge every day.

It became abundantly clear how important the ICR is in improving outcomes, extending lives, and ultimately finding a cure. With an outstanding record of achievement dating back more than 100 years, ICR stands as one of the world's most influential cancer research institutes.

In the UK alone, over 1,000 people are diagnosed with cancer each day. Every donation, no matter how small, brings us one step closer to helping researchers at the ICR make discoveries that can defeat cancer.
