Big challenge ahead! 🏔️✨

On Saturday 8th November 2025, I will head to the Himalayas to embark on a 12 day trek to Everest Base Camp, followed by a 5 day trek back. I am doing this to raise funds for a cause that is close to my heart: Age UK Kent Rivers. The charity works to connect older individuals in the community with suitable volunteers AKA "befrienders" who, like me, dedicate a portion of their time to keeping them company and helping to avoid them feeling isolated and/or lonely.

Now, I am taking that commitment one step further (or about 410,000 steps further!) to help support Age UK’s work on a grand scale. Every pound raised will go directly toward helping older people across the UK access vital companionship, advice, and support. The need for these services is greater than ever, and together we can make a significant difference in their lives.
