We help survivors of exploitation to recover, build safe lives and stay free.

Story

Choosing shelter as the theme for Jin's flash fundraiser, ARMY shared how they'd like to make a difference on our moon’s birthday. So this year One In An ARMY (OIAA) is collaborating with Ella's, a London-based charity, that works with survivors of trafficking and sexual exploitation.

The organization provides safe house accommodation for women when they are most vulnerable, care, and long-term community-based support to help survivors build safe, independent lives. Ella's has two safe houses in the east and south of London.

With an aim to help survivors make a fresh start and live a safe and sustainable life, Ella's offers different services tailored to individual needs. Some of these services include medical care or therapies, education or skills training, employment opportunities, finding new homes, legal support, help with immigration, emergency money, budgeting training and much more.

Your support of the campaign will help the organization make a tangible impact in the lives of survivors. Some ways in which your donation could be used include covering the cost of the welcome packs included in the safe house rooms when a new resident arrives, intensive case worker support, celebrating residents' birthdays, translation costs for women who speak little or no English and more.

OIAA is a fan collective run by BTS fans. With a belief that a small donation from a large number of people can make a life-changing impact, OIAA connects the fandom (ARMY) with grassroots organizations across the globe.
