Unity Hands is supporting Ramadan Family Commitment (RFC) to host a charity Iftar to raise much needed funds to support the various charities.

What and who is RFC?

RFC is a ‘Channel S’ TV initiative to raise funds for partner charities during the month of Ramadan. Channel S partner charities conduct 26 live TV fundraising appeals during the month of Ramadan for their own charitable national and international projects. The RFC raises funds collectively for those 26 appeals where donors can make a single donation, and the donation will be equally distributed amongst the 26 appeals.

Event:

This is a fund-raising event that is free to attend and open to all. We want to raise as much as possible for this initiative, which in turn will help the partner charities.

It is being held on the night of 17th March 2024 at Crescent Hall, Luton.

The event is programmed to start at 3 pm and finishing for iftar.

The event will have speakers, Quran reciters, and nasheed artists.

The evening will be filmed, which will be shown on Channel S.
