Story

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Unity ERG Challenge for 123 hours on Bike ERG, Rower, and Ski ERG (EACH!).

For the past three years, we have organised Christmas events focused on charity, including local litter picks and food bank donations to provide extra support during the holiday season.

This year, we aim to take on a much bigger challenge and we need your help.

We plan to keep 3 ERG Machines running continuously for 123 hours each, starting from 7:00am on Monday, December 2nd and ending at 10:00am on Saturday, December 7th.

You can support this event by booking an ERG slot or making a donation to the main charity page and choosing the charity you would like to donate to.

Our goal is to raise £1,000 each for Dogs Trust, Mind and Newcastle Food-bank. These are charities close to our hearts that empower those in need during the Christmas period.

You will have the choice of which Charity you would like to donate to but we would really like to keep it as equally divided as we can.

Your support will make a meaningful difference in our efforts to #KeepTheLightsOn.

Book your ERG slot now HERE and join us in this inspiring challenge.

Many thanks,

Keith and the team x

About the charity

Our Charity’s aim is to enable people to tackle the causes of poverty which blight their lives, and to help them to move beyond the need to use a food bank.  Our staff and volunteers offer a service which is caring and empathetic and is informed by what people tell us matters, so they don’t go without food for themselves and their families.
