Thank you for your interest in supporting the Unity ERG Challenge for 123 hours on Bike ERG, Rower, and Ski ERG (EACH!).

For the past three years, we have organised Christmas events focused on charity, including local litter picks and food bank donations to provide extra support during the holiday season.

This year, we aim to take on a much bigger challenge and we need your help.

We plan to keep 3 ERG Machines running continuously for 123 hours each, starting from 7:00am on Monday, December 2nd and ending at 10:00am on Saturday, December 7th.

Our goal is to raise £1,000 for Dogs Trust and other charities close to our hearts that empower those in need during the Christmas period.
