UK BTS Army are fundraising for Shelter to help support people experiencing homelessness and fuel poverty this winter.

We are raising money in honour of the birthdays of BTS members Kim Seokjin and Kim Taehyung who both have their birthdays on the 4th and 30th of December respectively.

Winter can be a joyous month for many, but it can also bring stress, anxiety and can be particularly stressful for those experiencing poverty.

Kim Seokjin and Kim Taehyung are both among the kindest people on the planet. They both exude warmth and charisma, welcoming everyone in their vicinity and making them feel comfortable. Kim Seokjin regularly cooks and provides for others. As the eldest member of BTS he has always taken care of others whilst Kim Taehyung has always loved fiercely and openly. They both provide such comfort and happiness to millions of Armys (BTS fans) worldwide and UK Armys would like to fundraise to help keep others warm and fed this Christmas in their honour.

Home is a human right. It's our foundation and it's where we thrive. Yet, every day millions of people are being devastated by the housing emergency.

We exist to defend the right to a safe home. Because home is everything.

This Christmas, over 10,000 children will go to sleep homeless*.

Homelessness today is not always characterised by people sleeping on the streets. Instead, it is children trapped, sometimes for years, in temporary accommodation. Accommodation which is often damp, miserable and completely unsuitable for anybody, much less a child.

No child should wake up without a home on Christmas morning.

Your donation won't be restricted to a single project but will be used wherever it's needed most to help those fighting for their right to a safe home.
