Story

On Wednesday 17th April the UCS Parents' Guild will be holding a uniform sale - 815/10.30 in the Great Hall.

We will also be offering coffee to parents and Krispy Kreme’s to students - the proceeds from the morning will go to the North London Hospice towards the “Owl Trail”. There will also be an opportunity to donate via a Just Giving Page. Our donation for this will be £10,000 and any monies needed to reach this goal after donations and the sale on Wednesday will be fulfilled by the Parents’ Guild

The Guild are sponsoring one of a selection of owls which have been designed by various artists and our owl will remain on school grounds after the Owl Trail has ended.

This support for the North London Hospice is in memory of Jack Morgan - a former UCS pupil (2004/2014) who very sadly passed away having been cared for by the hospice.

Join us in a heartfelt campaign as the Parents' Guild at University College School rallies to support the incredible work of the North London Hospice. This cherished institution has long stood as a beacon of compassion and care, providing vital palliative and supportive services to those facing life-limiting illnesses in our community.

Our fundraising efforts this year are centered around the exciting OWL Trail—an innovative project that not only raises awareness and funds but also brings together art, community, and charity. By sponsoring an owl sculpture on the trail, we aim to contribute significantly to the hospice's ability to offer comfort, dignity, and respect to patients and their families during the most challenging times.

Every donation goes directly to supporting North London Hospice's comprehensive services, including pain and symptom management, emotional and psychological support, and spiritual care. These services are provided free of charge, making your generosity crucial to their continued success.

Help us make a difference! Support the UCS Parents' Guild's initiative on the OWL Trail and ensure that North London Hospice can continue their outstanding work in our community. Your contribution, big or small, supports a legacy of care that touches hearts and changes lives.
