Two Punts One Goal is fundraising for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).

The reason we do our podcast is for our own mental health, to enjoy a good chat with a great friend, talk about something we love, and have a goal. As most of our listeners are males over 35, we believe that CALM is a great charity to support whilst doing our podcast.

We know how easy it is to get down, and to bottle it up, and it turns out that suicide is the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. CALM is leading a movement against suicide, providing vital resources to those who need it most.
