Story

Join me and my daughter Olivia in supporting Mind BLMK as we participate in the Mental Elf 5k Festive Fun Run 2023.

No one should have to face a mental health problem alone, and Mind BLMK provides vital services to individuals across Bedfordshire, Luton and MK. By raising funds for this amazing charity, we can help ensure that those who need support receive it.

We are grateful for any contribution you can make towards our target of £100. Every penny counts towards making a difference in someone's life. Let's raise positive mental health awareness together!
