Story
Three Twenty3 employees are set to face their fears by taking part in a skydive next month, to raise money for our charity partner Street League.
The trio – Tristan Minall, Boris Addae and Kyle Joseph – will be throwing themselves out of a plane at 10,000 feet on 12th August, as part of a national skydive in Salisbury.
If you want to support their efforts then any donations towards our fundraising target would be much appreciated!
Why?
Youth unemployment in the UK is triple the national average and higher for young people facing barriers to a bright future. With the impact of the pandemic still being felt and the cost-of-living crisis deepening, young people are facing a perfect storm that threatens their future.
Street League works with young people aged 14-30, living in some of the UK’s most disadvantaged communities, to help them to overcome their socio-economic barriers to employment. They use sport to improve their wellbeing, learn new skills and build their confidence.
As a business, we wanted to find more ways to give back to the community and one such strategy was to find a charity partner. So, we set up a charity team of our own, made up of internal volunteers, and then drew up a shortlist of prospective partners that our colleagues could vote on.
Street League came out on top of that poll and we couldn’t be happier with our collective decision.
