Autism is a lifelong developmental disability which affects how people communicate and interact with the world. More than one in 100 people are on the autism spectrum and there are around 700,000 autistic adults and children in the UK.

Myself and my fellow colleagues at Cygnet Hospital Harrow, will be walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain, covering 114km across three days.

We will be raising money for the National Autistic Society, as they are an amazing charity who work towards helping those affected by autism.
