Story

Thank you for visiting the Trueline – Kidderminster JustGiving page for KEMP Hospice. We're stepping up for a cause that means the world to us, and we'd love to share why we’ve taken on this challenge.

Charlie’s Story – Walking in Memory of Deborah Carolan

I'm Charlie, and this Firewalk is not just a fundraising event for me—it’s a personal mission in memory of my dear friend, Deborah Carolan. Deb was an extraordinary soul—kind, brave, and always putting others first. Even throughout her battle with cancer, she stayed true to her selfless nature, never complaining and always smiling.

During her treatment, I raised funds to support her, and in true Deb fashion, she made one request: that I pledge the money to KEMP Hospice, a place close to her heart. She also asked me to continue taking on big challenges to honor her memory.

This Firewalk is my way of keeping that promise and continuing Deb's legacy of kindness and compassion. I will be walking barefoot across 800-degree hot coals to support the amazing work KEMP Hospice does for families in the Wyre Forest. With your help, we can raise £150 to help fund a clinical nurse for a day, offering care and comfort to those who need it most.

Rest in Peace, Deb. This is for you 💖

Ella’s Story – Walking for Young People’s Mental Health Support

Hi, I’m Ella, and I’ve decided to take on this fiery challenge to support the counselling services KEMP Hospice provides, especially for young people. Life can be incredibly tough for them, and KEMP’s emotional support is a lifeline during these difficult times, offering a compassionate space for healing and understanding.

At Trueline Products, we believe in pushing our limits, and this firewalk is not only about me stepping out of my comfort zone, but about shedding light on the importance of mental health services for young people. Every step across those hot coals represents a young person who needs help navigating their emotions and grief, and we’re walking to make sure they have access to that support.

We Need Your Help!

Together, we’re aiming to raise money to ensure that KEMP Hospice can continue offering their life-changing services. Whether it’s helping families during the toughest times, providing crucial counselling to young people, or simply being a comforting presence, your donations will make a real difference.

Please consider donating and being part of this journey with us. Together, we can walk through fire for those who need it most!

With heartfelt thanks,

Charlie & Ella 🌟🏃‍♀️🏞️
