Helen, Emma, Gail, Sara, David and Nicki have joined up to form the legendary Team 'Trudgin' It but Lovin' it' team. Alongside 80 other colleagues from Moneysupermarket Group we're marching together throughout the whole of March to raise vital funds for charity partner CALM. Our aim is to march a minimum of 10,000 steps a day and fundraise for this incredible charity that provides so much support to those who are struggling.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.

From advice on our site, through to free, confidential chats with helpline staff, online or on the phone, CALM are there for whoever needs them, every day. No matter what.
