As you know by now I undertake events and challenges every year in order to fundraise for charity, to date I have raised over £25K for good causes.

My fundraising events so far have been numerous triathlons of varying distances and even racing a Cliff Railway! My 2021 Triathlon achievement led to me being awarded a Guinness World Record too!

This year I set myself a challenge to complete a Half Marathon! This is over double the distance I have ever run and will be extremely difficult for me to complete.

Having Downs Syndrome I have some complex health needs that make running difficult but I like to set tough challenges to show everyone, disability or not, that they can achieve anything with a positive mindset and good old hard work.
