We all have mental health, sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s a struggle. Like many others I have experienced periods of low mood, anxiety and depression throughout my life. Through life events like bereavement, hormonal changes that I did not sign up for, burnouts from being AuDHD as well as those unexplained ‘meh’ days, looking after my mental wellbeing is important. Talking helps and so does movement so I am taking part in Birmingham Mind's March challenge. Hopefully this will give my own wellbeing a boost, as well as raising awareness for Mental Health and funds for Birmingham Mind.
