Story

Putting their stamina, teamwork and resilience to the test, Transition2 learners and staff will complete a hike up and down Mount Snowdon on 4th July 2024, raising valuable funds for The Air Ambulance Service.

Did you know it costs £2300 for every Air Ambulance call out? The team attend between 6-10 emergencies every day!

Please help us to raise enough to fund one call out where needed. Huge thanks!

Transition2 is a Specialist Learning Provider supporting young adults aged 18-25 with Learning Difficulties, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism as they move on to meaningful, sustainable opportunities in adult life, helping them to release their potential and achieve purposeful life outcomes and the maximisation of independence in their local community.
