Hi, I’m Tracey, a 41-year-old single mum to my 7-year-old son, Austin. For 12 years, I ran my own holistic hairdressing business, pouring my heart into helping others feel good mentally and physically. But in October, my life took an unexpected turn. I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, and on January 10th I will undergo surgery for a mastectomy and the removal of lymph nodes.

While my doctors have a plan for my surgery, there’s still uncertainty about the treatments that will follow. I am determined to give myself the best chance of a full recovery. This means seeking out integrative oncologists and alternative therapies that focus on restoring strength, boosting my long-term health, and reducing the risk of recurrence. Unfortunately, these essential treatments and supplements come at a significant cost whilst being consistent with it, the financial burden has become overwhelming.

I’m reaching out for support because I believe that with the right care, I can heal and thrive quickly after surgery to be there for my son, with the help of a practitioner and nutritionist and an independent integrative doctor on my team along with the NHS team.

My goal is to ensure that both my son and I can have a bright, healthy, and happy future for many many more years.
