I have decided to take part in Rainbow Valley's Brave to Bare event, 23rd March 2025 in Glasgow's Double Tree by Hilton. Rainbow Valley is a charity close to my heart and when they asked me to take part I jumped on board straight away, but as it gets closer the nerves are kicking in. This event will include me, and other courageous men/women, taking to the stage, to perform their routine and baring all.

I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer in December 2022 My cancer was aggressive so I started treatment quickly. Since then I have had chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy , oral chemotherapy and targeted immunotherapy!

I’m now cancer free, finished treatment and ready to get back to normality. I’m ready to share my story, raise awareness and raise much needed funds for Rainbow Valley who have provided me with support, information, positive mindset, future planning, being grateful and most of all helped me to continue to be ME through a period that tested me at every turn. Rainbow Valley run courses to help people like me, affected by cancer. The courses are free to attend but come at a cost to the charity, therefore rely on fundraising.
