We fund research into muscle-wasting to improve the lives of everyone affected.

Story

Thank you for reading this.

Simone has always followed and watched the London marathon, and enjoyed watching athletics. The London Marathon has 10 assisted wheelchair spaces, and we entered the ballot and got a place. This means 4 people can assist to push Simone in a wheelchair to complete the iconic London marathon, 2 at a time.

We are supporting Muscular Dystrophy UK, as Simone has GNE myopathy, a very rare muscle condition, and hope that research through funding can one day provide a cure, and all the support she and family require

The Team are Simone, Carly, Brian, Dermot and myself Tracey.

This wonderful charity need funds to support ongoing clinical research and trials to find cures and treatments, as well as supporting families with day to day challenges. Muscles.

By fundraising for Muscular Dystrophy UK, I’m helping to fund world-class research into effective treatments, and life changing support for the 110,000 people in the UK living with a muscle-wasting condition.

All donations and support are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
