Joe, Emily and me, Ben really miss our Mum, Sally Richards. She passed away in December of last year, only 3 months after her diagnosis with lung cancer. The cancer, as is often the case had metastasised into her brain and although we had no idea how long she had left Wheatfields Hospice were there for her, and for us and we, as a family are very, incredibly grateful for their support in those last days and weeks.

So we're doing a fundraiser for Sue Ryder, in perfect homage to our Mum and with the right level of challenge and Yorkshire grit we'll be setting off on Monday 26th June 2023 from Whitby visiting each house that she lived in, ending up in Sheffield on (fingers crossed) the 30th of June having visited York, Hebden Bridge, Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield and finally Sheffield. The plan is to visit each house that our Mum lived in and that is 14 stops.

The total route is 300km and not all of us are cyclists so the challenge is real.
