The UK Zscaler team is on a mission to help our customer Steve Gibbins raise as much money as possible for Cure Leukaemia. Steve is taking part in an epic 3,500km cycle ride called Tour 21 that hopes to raise more than £1M for the charity. The ride will take place over 21 days and Steve will be part of a 24 person strong team. We want to give him the boost he deserves and will be supporting him with a series of fundraisers between now and the event. Hey there, I’m Steve Gibbins, and at the ripe age of 53 (soon to be 54), I’m gearing up for one of the wildest challenges of my life—and I need your support. This June, I’ll be tackling the entire Tour de France route, a full week ahead of the pros, covering a staggering 3,500km in just 21 days. Alongside 24 other riders, I’m diving headfirst into this mind bending feat to raise £1 million for Cure Leukaemia. With Zscaler backing this noble cause, together, we can create a monumental impact, shining a spotlight on the incredible work of this charity and reaching our ambitious fundraising goal.

Cancer affects each of us uniquely, and Cure Leukaemia is leading the charge in combatting it with their groundbreaking efforts through funding the national Trials Acceleration Programme (TAP). These trials are pivotal, connecting over 20,000,000 patients with cutting-edge treatments that save lives. Given that more than 40,000 individuals are diagnosed with blood cancer annually, the importance of these trials cannot be overstated.

The Tour commences in Tuscany on June 22nd and culminates in Nice on July 14th. Meanwhile, my life morphs into a gruelling Yorkshire hill-climbing marathon in the months leading up to the event, balancing rigorous training with weekly commutes from Yorkshire to the Midlands. Every single penny you contribute goes directly to Cure Leukaemia, offering invaluable support to patients in need.
