As a group we hope to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society, as a number of us have lost loved ones to Dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

We will be challenging ourselves to complete the London West, Tough Mudder on May 6th 2023, tackling 30 obstacles over 15K with our motivation being to raise money to help make a difference for this fantastic charity.

Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.'
