The humanitarian crisis in Gaza has reached catastrophic levels. Since October 7th, more than 45,000 Palestinians have been killed and over 110,000 are injured, with women and children accounting for 70% of the victims.

Story

IDRF, one of the top 100 charities in Canada, is raising funds at our Toronto Community Iftar to support emergency relief for the people of Palestine.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 for humanitarian projects, demonstrating support and a commitment to a meaningful cause. Join us to make a difference, inspire, and change the lives of many.

The Situation

It has been over 16 months since the crisis in Gaza began. In the wake of the ceasefire, there are still urgent developments that continue to unfold demanding immediate attention.

More than 48,000 Palestinians have been killed and over 118,000 are injured along with 1.9 million people displaced. Millions of people are severely food insecure and are suffering from starvation, water scarcity, and an immense lack of basic necessities.

In response, IDRF is scaling up efforts to deliver life-saving aid across Gaza, ensuring that aid reaches every corner of the region.

As the country continues to grapple with the cold winter weather, overcrowded hospitals and an alarming shortage of medical supplies, the people of Gaza are in desperate need of your emergency support.

Any donations above $10.00 CAD will receive a tax-deductible receipt from IDRF.
