8 Hour Carol'athon

I first Heard about The Bodie Hodges Foundation through Dave and Gemma Orton who were our neighbours for several years and who were both very involved with the charity that supports families bereaved of children 18 years old and under. During those years they had two beautiful boys, the oldest of whom was Freddie. Tragically and unimaginably, Freddie was taken from them not long after they moved and I wanted to do something in his memory and for the charity that his parents have worked so hard to support and who in turn has supported them.

I am a professional cellist and I will be playing Christmas carols and Christmas music for 8 hours straight at St Peter's Church, Church St, Swepstone, LE67 2SA on Saturday 16th Dec. I'll be starting at 9.30am. Please do come along and hear me!

As well as this Just Giving page, where all proceeds go directly to The Bodie Hodges Foundation, I will be collecting cash donations in the church on the day. You will also be able to ask for requests from my play list for a little extra! 75% of these donations will go to The Bodie Hodges Foundation and 25% will go towards the upkeep of St Peter's Church Swepstone, for their generosity offering the use of the church for this fundraiser.
