Following the sad passing of Tony Wilson, South Shields folk musician, teacher and storyteller, his family thank you for visiting this page in memorium. He is a great loss to the family and the world. Tony wished that donations be made to the British Heart Foundation in lieu of funeral flowers.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
