Story

As you all know last year we lost our amazing Husband and Father, Tony Doughty.

Tony was the fittest he’d been in 30 years and was referred to A&E after a routine blood pressure check. That night we were told he has a mass on the brain , 2 days later we were told there were three inoperable tumours on his brain and he had weeks to 6 months left. He was admitted to hospital on what should have been his final day of radiotherapy. 2 days later he died, exactly 14 weeks from diagnoses.

Brain tumours are the biggest cancer killer of children and adults under the age of 40. We believe that fighting brain tumours on all fronts of research, awareness and support is the only way to save lives, reduce long-term disabilities and to help everyone affected by a brain tumour. We need your help because a cure can't wait.

Lisa, Sian and Amy are taking part and walking 10k to help raise awareness and vital funding for an underfunded illness with a very low survival rate.

We are grateful for all donations made. Thank you
