My dear old friends Bertie and Kid McGinnis are turning out for a final time to keep me safe and sane as we take on the Malvern Hills Challenge again.

Our Family is a Forces Family with well over 100 years service between us and although we have lost one brother and all suffer with various aches and pains, I consider us lucky compared to some.
