In November 2023 my mother in law Yvonne sadly lost her fight with MND after a brave fight against this cruel disease.

On the 8th December 2024 Yvonne would have been 75, in her memory I will take on a 3 Marathon's in 3 Days Challenge to raise money for the MNDA - Yorkshire Coast Group who supported both Yvonne and our family following her diagnosis.

On Friday 6th December the challenge will begin with a marathon distance row. Then on Saturday 7th December I will cycle a marathon. Finally on Sunday 8th December (Yvonne's Birthday) I will walk a marathon starting and ending in Skipsea - our home village.

There will be opportunities to come and support me in person over the weekend and check in on my progress.
