Story
For me, Washington’s National Parks are more than just stunning landscapes—they’re a part of who I am. Growing up, I spent countless days exploring the breathtaking beauty of Mount Rainier, North Cascades, and Olympic National Parks. These parks shaped my love for the outdoors and fueled my sense of adventure. As an adult and father, I've summited peaks and hiked hundreds of miles with my family deepening my appreciation for these irreplaceable treasures. Now, as Board Chair for Washington’s National Park Fund (WNPF), I’m committed to ensuring that these parks remain vibrant and accessible for generations to come.
The work of WNPF is essential to the health and growth of our parks, supporting critical projects like wildlife conservation, trail restoration, and environmental education. These initiatives not only protect the parks but also inspire countless visitors to forge their own connections with nature. This Giving Tuesday, I’m raising funds to help WNPF continue its mission of empowering our parks to thrive. Your donation, no matter the size, will make a lasting impact on preserving these iconic landscapes and the memories they foster. Together, let’s ensure our national parks remain places of wonder, adventure, and beauty for generations to come.
