This summer I'm headed into the mountains to support Washington's National Park Fund and raise money for our parks. Specifically, in late July, I'm joining other WNPF friends and heading into Olympic National Park and participating in a 4 day trek thru the magnificent Enchanted Valley. The funds I raise will support many projects, including trail work on some of the park’s more than 600 miles of sprawling trails.

Through a partnership with world-class guided adventure and trekking company Wildland Trekking, WNPF is organizing a four-day trek that offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience for park lovers to camp in the historic Enchanted Valley. Along the way, we'll cover 7-10 miles each day and we'll pass through lush rainforests and towering mountains before reaching the historic chalet, hidden away in a picturesque valley.
