Support my London to Brighton 100km Ultra Marathon for Mind in West Essex!

In May 2025, I will be taking on a challenge that will test my endurance like never before: the London to Brighton 100km ultra marathon. This isn’t just any race; it’s a 100km journey that I’ll tackle in one day, all to raise funds for a cause that provides much needed support to the local community — Mind in West Essex.

I have specifically chosen Mind in West Essex because of their support for a friend of mine last year. When they needed much needed help, they acted quickly and not only provided the necessary help but also guided me with the resources and support I needed to be there for them. I am pleased to say, that one year on that my friend has made a good recovery but I am aware there there are many others that still and will need support.

Mental health touches us all—whether we experience challenges directly or through someone we love. The team at Mind in West Essex does exceptional work where they provide crucial mental health support to those in need as well as activities and events that promote mental well being and awareness.

I know times are tough, but I’m asking for donations equivalent to the price of a pint or a good cup of coffee. My goal is to raise £600, and every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference.
