In remembrance of my dear nephew, Tom, who we tragically lost in March, I will be undertaking a 150-mile charity walk throughout the month of April in honour of Tom and his love of nature and the outdoors, in aid of the Southmead Project.

The Southmead Project helped Tom and my family so much and I'd like to raise money to help as many other families as possible receive the incredible support they offer.
