Here at Norfolk and Waveney Mind we believe no one should have to suffer with mental health problems alone. 84% of people experience a mental health problem at some point in their lifetime.

Mind is an incredible charity supporting individuals with their mental health. I have seen first hand the help they have provided for my friends and it's amazing to hear the ever evolving resources available. Mental health should no longer be a stigma and I feel honoured to be able to fundraise for a charity I am passionate about while completing a life goal of mine.
