Running 350km in October 2024 · 1 October 2024

We are working towards a world where all young refugees can access education, thrive in education, and use that education to create a hopeful, brighter future. We do this through: direct education support programmes, training for educators and practitioners, and our research and policy work.

Story

I am delighted to be joining the Salters' Company fundraising campaign, in raising money for Refugee Education UK.

Barriers to education are real: REUK want all refugee children and young people to be able to access the level of education that's right for them – from primary school through to university. Let's help them get there.

As a collective Salters’ community, and over the course of October 2024, the Salters' team will walk, run, swim, cycle, hop, skip, jump 3500km; a km for every child REUK supported in 2023.

I will be attempting to cover 350km across the month of October by running along coastal paths, the Scottish highlands and London parks!

I'd appreciate any donation, whether small or large, to help me reach my target and raise awareness for this awesome charity.

Thank you so much.
