Hi everyone, I'm excited to share that I will be running the Great Manchester Run Half Marathon in May 2024. This is a big challenge for me, as I'm not much of a runner and I need to train hard to get ready. But I'm motivated by a great cause: I'm raising money for Mind, a charity that supports people with their mental health. Mind does amazing work to provide advice, support and advocacy for anyone who needs it. They also campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health issues. I think this is a very important cause, so many people struggle with stress, anxiety and isolation. That's why I want to do my best to support them and raise as much money as I can.

You can follow my training progress on Strava, where I will post updates on my runs and share my achievements and challenges. I would really appreciate your encouragement and feedback along the way.
