Story

I'm running for Cambridgeshire Community Foundation, a charity working towards a better quality of life for people across the county.

The Foundation identifies the most critical needs of local communities, raises funds and awards grants to non-profit organisations that make a big impact in addressing those needs. Funded projects tackle a range of issues, including homelessness, social isolation and much more.

2024 marks Cambridgeshire Community Foundation's 20th anniversary, having awarded nearly £30 million in grants to thousands of local charitable projects. They have supported projects in every ward in Cambridgeshire, helping hundreds of thousands of local people.

The funds raised will help the Foundation continue to support projects that are improving the quality of life across Cambridgeshire, including tackling the inequalities and disadvantages that our community faces..
