Thank you in advance for supporting Tom, Rob, Mark, Barry, Mike and Rob in their 3 Peaks hiking challenge.

In memory of a good friend, Colin, who took his own life, we are raising money for a Wirral based suicide prevention service, The Martin Gallier Project. This is a great community based non-clinical service, providing suicide prevention, intervention and post-intervention support. Additionally, the service also provide Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training workshops to families, businesses and partner services across the region. They also support individuals and families bereaved or affected by suicide.

Our challenge is to climb the National 3 Peaks of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon, hopefully within 24hours.

We hope to continue to raise awareness, normalise conversations around mental health and hopefully raise some much needed funding for such an important community based service in The Martin Gallier Project - "it costs an average £80 to provide a life saving suicide intervention, so every donation really does make a vital difference".
