In January I started the couch to 5k and couldn't run for more than a minute, but I got to my first 10k in May!

Then after a few beers I thought "Triathlon, how hard can it be?"

It turns out the answer is really hard 😁

So if I'm going to nearly kill myself struggling through this it may as well benefit someone.

11 years ago my mother in law died from Pancreatic cancer, she would have been 70 this year.

Pancreatic cancer is horrendous. It kills quickly and brutally and is one if the least survivable cancers.

We can change that by helping to fund research for early diagnosis and cures.
