Club Peloton (clubpeloton.org) is the charity and real estate cycling community transforming the lives of young people. Since 2006, it has given £4.5 million in grants to projects that make a real difference. Cycle to MIPIM is Club Peloton's original endurance fundraising ride that brings together cyclists of all abilities to ride, network and fundraise. Every year, riders from across the property industry complete the 1,438km (921 miles) challenge from London to Cannes, arriving in time for MIPIM, the leading international real estate fair.

Club Peloton is transforming young lives by supporting a number of brilliant projects. Every rider will raise money for Club Peloton so we can continue to help these amazing projects:

• Recruiting families for 1,150 children waiting longer than 18 months to find adoptive homes via Coram Adoption

• Assisting 500 families with post-adoption support via Coram Adoption

• Awarding 800 bikes, tandems and adapted trikes to children and young people affected by cancer via Cyclists Fighting Cancer

• Supporting research to illustrate the relationship between physical and mental well-being and physical activity in children surviving cancer via Cyclists Fighting Cancer

• Tackling the root causes of violent street crime through 18 amazing projects via the Tom Ap Rhys Pryce Memorial Trust
