Vietnam Cycle Challenge 2024 · 12 April 2024

Since 2015, UK executives from the Wholesale and Convenience sector have raised an extraordinary £1million for MAG's life-saving work around the world. Please support them as they take on the Vietnam Cycle Challenge 2024.

Story

Every single day, 15 people across the world are injured or killed by a landmine or unexploded bomb. Almost half of these casualties are children.

MAG aims to save lives and rebuild futures by removing and destroying landmines and unexploded bombs from communities affected by war and violence around the world. Because of their work, people can not only live safely, they can farm safe land, build new houses and schools and children can walk without fear.

Vietnam remains one of the world’s most contaminated countries, with an estimated 800,000 tons of unexploded bombs left over from the war that ended nearly 50 years ago. More info here

Ukraine is likely to become one of the most contaminated countries in the world, taking decades to clear the land of multiple types of cluster bomb and landmines.
