Arctic Survival Week · 23 February 2025

We make things better to help staff, patients & their families

Story

Set in the stunning and pristine wilderness 150 km south of the Arctic Circle, this experience will challenge my ability to adapt to this harsh environment, test my survival instinct and hopefully provide complete tranquillity under the Arctic stars.

I will spend the beginning of the week acclimatising to the temperature (possibly -30'C) with a husky driving and snowmobiling, before learning the life-saving skills of ice fishing, fire lighting, shelter and snow hole building. All while raising funds to make things better for patients and their families at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.
