RUNFEST is putting on a day of races in Worthing for seasoned and beginner runners alike on Sunday 28th April.

Story

My Granny and Grandpa were both diagnosed with dementia in 2016 and 2015 respectively, and very sadly passed away in the years after. My family and I saw first-hand how cruel such an illness can be. It's also an illness that my wife's great Auntie suffered from.

I'm running the Worthing Half Marathon on behalf of Guild Care, a local charity based in Worthing, who provide respite support for people living with dementia & their carers, care homes, and respite care & home care for older people.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Tom
