In March 2022, my Father took his own life. His mental health had deteriorated due to local dishonest builders who had strung him along and manipulated him over several years in to false hope.

In February 2018 I gave birth to my daughter Willa. In June 2018 I bought Baby Sensory Guernsey with the help of my Dad, who believed I would be successful running my own business. Though he helped me with the bookkeeping for 4 years!

I worked hard and literally breathed Baby Sensory, so after many Toddler Sense discussions I felt ready to expand.

I launched and ran my first ever Toddler Sense class just weeks after my Father’s passing so the birth of the business will always be the same time that I lost my dad.

So as we celebrate Toddler Sense turning two I feel it be very relevant to raise as much money as possible for a very worthy charity in memory of my Dad!

The last 9-10 months has been fabulous having Jo on the team alongside myself and Tracey, the business wouldn’t be the same without them as we work beautifully together. I appreciate them so much.

Now call us a little crazy, but we decided if we can raise over £500 on here for Guernsey Mind then the three of us will get TODDLER SENSE TATTOOS!
