Fundraising for Wac Arts
On the 6th of April I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon. This is my first attempt at a Half so I've been training with a combination of sport and weekly runs to keep myself fit over the winter.
I'm running in support of Wac Arts and my friend Bhuvan from our cricket team. Wac Arts is a creative hub in Camden where young people build confidence, artists can meet and cultural organisations thrive. They've been a pillar of the North London community for over 45 years and helped start the careers of the likes of Daniel Kaluuya and Danny Dyer. The charity currently offers subsidised classes to people aged 5-30 to help empower them using art.
I'm extremely excited and honoured to be able to raise donations and help support such a brilliant organisation.
