Set in North Wales on the edge of Snowdonia, this is one of the most beautifully wild swims you’ll find. It starts on the sandy beach of Barmouth and takes place on a fast incoming tide that works like a bore to assist your swim.

Story

In September I am Swimming 10km up an estuary in Snowdonia, with a tidal bore for a little assistance, it's going to be wild!

Last year i completed the Dart 10km River Swim and raised over £1600 for Level Water. A charity that use the power of swimming to improve lives for children with disabilities.

Everyone should have the opportunity to learn to swim and fall in love with the water.

This year i will be doing the same and am raising as much money as possible so children with disabilities can enjoy the water as much as I do.

Just £15 can change a life. Please support me in this epic challenge by donating.

Thanks

Toby
