Turning 50 in 2024 and having a tough few years previous, I have been using running and cycling as a head leveler, letting off steam and pushing myself to just keep going.

The Universe was listening though and I put my name down for the London Marathon draw in 2023 and 2024 and managed to get a space for the 2025 London Marathon! Running for Phyllis Tuckwell, our local hospice who is helping my father in law through his battles and has been of benefit to thousand's of local people, I hope to raise some money for a great cause.
