Story
Over the next 75 days, I'll be taking on the 75 Hard Challenge to push myself physically and mentally while raising money for the Samaritans.
This challenge has become deeply personal to me after a tragic loss that reminded me how important mental health support and suicide prevention are. These experiences showed me that we never truly know what someone is going through, and that compassion, support, and access to help can make a real difference.
Every workout, every early morning, and every difficult day of this challenge will be dedicated to raising awareness and supporting people who may be struggling in silence.
I'm fundraising for the Samaritans because they provide a safe, non-judgemental space for anyone experiencing emotional distress or suicidal thoughts. Their work saves lives every single day.
If you're able to donate, no matter how big or small, I'd be incredibly grateful. If you can't donate, simply sharing this page helps spread awareness.
Thank you for your support. Together, we can remind people that they don't have to face their darkest moments alone.
