Story
I had decided to take a positive step back in April by keeping active whilst fundraising for TNA.
I have
* Changed my diet
* Weight loss has continued
* Completed Specific training
- daily steps target
- training completing 5km runs twice per week
Doing all these things differently has benefited both my physical health but also my mental health and well-being.
I am now in position to compete against others and my self whilst support the TNA charity. I will support this great charity by way of donations and sponsorship.
I would like to ask that for every competitive race completed a donation of £2
and for every mile I complete in under 7 minutes is 25p per mile
for every mile I complete in under 6.5 minutes is 50p
and for every mile I complete in under 6 minutes is £1
The better I do the greater the Donation to this great charity.
I will add progress and post results as they happen and for now the focus is on
3 mile/5k
