Story

A heartfelt thanks for visiting our Charity page.

‘The Italian Job II’ will be the 11th charity bike ride for the TIP ‘Fat Bottomed Boys & Girls’.

With your extraordinary support over the past ten rides, we have raised more than €700,000 for deserving charities.

This year we have challenged ourselves to raise £70,000 for the 'Dougie Mac' and Donna Louise children’s hospice in Staffordshire.

In May ’25 we will be starting our route in the Veneto region before heading north towards the stunning mountains of the Dolomites. From there we will head through the rolling hills and vineyards towards the lakes of Lombardy before finishing in the historic city of Bergamo.

As usual, our team of 55 cyclists will be drawn from a broad mix of age, size, experience and abilities including TIP employees, loyal customers and supportive partners from the UK and Irish transport industries.. the only essential requirement is blind enthusiasm! ;D

This year’s challenge involves a route exceeding 300kms with a few tiny bumps along the way.. but as always, it’s a decent challenge requiring the usual FBB&G tenacity and team work to succeed.

We would be so grateful if you could help us to reach our target this year.. your consistent support has always been appreciated by us all.

Sincere thanks for your support and extreme kindness over the years..
